HussainDay – A Commemoration.

HussainDay commemorates the 40th day from when Hussain Ibn Ali, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad was martyred by the terrorist forces of his time. We reflect on his values, the stand taken by him against tyranny, as well as the unimaginable sacrifices that he offered in a day — of his own life as well as those of his dear ones & friends, for the sake of freedom and justice for humanity at large. No wonder why Hussain has been a driving force of inspiration over the last 1400 years for many leaders across the globe – those who launched the freedom & social justice movements for their peoples.
